For your information, I used two different wools that I doubled. I bought my wool in a shop in Paris: Boisson et Cie – 181, rue Saint Denis 75002 PARIS.
Boisson et Cie is dry good which sells by wholesale and in retail. Here you will choose between 3 sizes / types of wool. The balls are sold in 50g or 100g and you shouldn’t be afraid to dig a little in large wooden bins. In the end the choice is rather limited, the prices are not particularly interesting, the setting is « rustic » as the managers but why not …?! I left with two balls of 100g each at € 5.50.
