New week, new manicure and this one is a bit special . In April, one of my best friends will marry and last weekend she came home to do some tests (but mostly for brunch but hey, that’s a detail … ). My first idea is to test a French manicure but lace version with Konad plates (see here and here) but it was a fail. To speed up the drying of the base, I applied drops of the quick dry of Essence and because the product is greasy, when I tried to put on the pattern, the stamp slipped. And then there is also the problem of the shape of the nail : I rather have square nails when she has more oval. I was quite unsettled by this failure and then we did some research on the internet for nail art for bride’s inspiration and stopped on this nail art. We did some tests on this basis on her hands and I believe that we now have a good track. To prepare myself for D-Day, I trained on my own hands.
I have 2 short months to improve myself because the grid is not very regular yet …
