After discovering the Piazza del Duomo and its monuments, after a short tour Piazza della Signoria, today I take you with me in a walk along the Arno river that runs through Florence and explore the city from the heights.
Ponte Vecchio is certainly one of the most amazing bridges because it supports shops and homes! Previously, the bridge was occupied by butchers and fishmongers but the Medicis family replaced them by jewelers that we find today.
Through Borgo San Jacopo, we found a pretty cool spot to take some pictures of the bridge. And here’s a view of the bridge from another bridge.

Continuing our stroll along the Arno, we do not finish admiring these colorful facades.
During our stroll, we left the river point to take a little height through Giardino delle Rose.
As its name suggests, in the Giardino delle Rose there are many roses as well as citrus and a Japanese garden besides a beautiful view of Florence.

Continuing the mounted, we quickly arrive at the Piazzale Michelangelo which certainly offers the best panoramic view of Florence.
