I had not told you, but in March with my 3 super girlfriends with whom I used to go away on the weekend, we had a girls day at Center Parcs in Normandy. With the heat long awaited of July, I did it again on Sunday, July 14, but this time with my man (who was dying to go) and a couple of friends.
Sunday morning, we took my car towards the Aisne for the Center Parcs of the Ailette’s Lake this time. We were lucky: the road was limited at 90 or 110km / h and the traffic was just fine. From the Parisian region, it takes 2 hours by car to reach Chamouille.
For practical details, we booked our park tickets on the site Center Parcs before we get there. We didn’t pay online but when we arrived at the park. It costs 21 € / adult and 6.5 € / car for parking. Caution, prices differ from one park to another as it costs 35€ (adult weekend rate) at Center Parcs Les Bois-Francs in Normandy. By cons, parking is free. Arrived around noon, we had lunch before we rush to the Aqua Mundo! There are restaurants to eat there but we preferred to prepar picnics and we did welle as the weather was so great. For a change, there are lockers and changing rooms free. You just need cioins (1 euro which is returned to you if you don’t forget it before leaving the room) to lock the locker. Once in swinsuit, let’s enjoy! In the bubble the temperature is good and the water in different pools heated to 29 ° C will so enter in the water is just delighting! Deckchairs are available in self-service everywhere but they are quickly taken over by families. But no matter when you are there for the day, you do not need anything as you just enjoy the water slides!
