Today I’m talking about two addresses and this is the first. Chez Claude is an address that was relatively disappointed the first time and I gave a second chance. The conclusion is that the first impression is unfortunately correct.
Frecnh food
Taste of the meal A la carte, nothing extraordinary: French offd without much originality. On my first visit, I ordered a duck as main course which was just OK and a tiny chocolate crepe as dessert. Note that on the menu it’s written « pancakes » with an S but I had one on my plate. This week for my 2nd test, I ordered a tasteless burger with Cantal cheese and chocolate charlotte with mango tartar disappointing with its sandy chocolate … You understood, this is not a place that I recommend for its food and I do not recommend the bar either because the cocktails are frankly not that great.
Setting Paintings, serigraphs and other framed posters on walls. The rooms are not devoid of decoration but without much interest.
Service The same dish ordered with two different cookings and it’s a mess ! Apart from that, nothing to report.
Price It costs 15 € for a main course and € 8 for a dessert. Without the 40% off thanks to La Fourchette the address is clearly very expensive for what it is. The food is bland and served in very small quantities.
