New and final series of pictures devoted to my last visit to London. Today I will share with you the pictures of my day at Kew Gardens. From 30min of the center of London by train, Kew Gardens is a beautiful botanical garden classified as world heritage by UNESCO.
My man planned the surprise : the visit to this enchanted place for our anniversary. Unfortunately, it was rainy in the morning but the rest of the day was superb. If you hesitate to make the trip, here are some pictures to convince you.
For the sunny day, don’t forget your picnic basket: all the beautiful green lawns and soft are waiting for you. You can walk freely in the 12 hectares of greenery, stopping here and there between two greenhouses where the the most beautiful and wildest vegetations have made their home.
The park is so big that on one day, I think not being able to visit the half! The lawns are so green and seem so fresh that I would loved to let my little toes walk on it. The park can be full of surprises as with the Japanese garden at one end of the park, as the peacock I’ve slowly approaching, as the steel structure walk through the treetops or as with the programs of concerts and other events.
// At the end of the day, my Man and I took the boat to get back to London. So here I concluded this series of photographs dedicated to my 2011 edition of London!
