A must for a journey in the island of Rhodes: Rhodes town. One morning, my man and I took the bus a few meters from the hotel to head North.
On the north-east of the island, we ambled along the Mandraki harbor.
Taking the direction of the south of the city, we started to visit the old town of Rhodes. With its medieval ramparts, the old town is a World Heritage classified place by UNESCO.
Once past the walls, we get in this city with a lot of small shops and tourists!
If we get away from shopping alleys, we can find some small and quiet streets very charming.
And when it’s getting too hot, we take the eastbound to get out of the old town and find the cool water …
